An exceptional co-ownership opportunity awaits in one of the finest & most beautifully renovated units in Wailea Ekahi Village. This fully furnished, turnkey upstairs corner residence is a proven vacation rental and a true architectural standout, thoughtfully redesigned with a rich, sophisticated Balinese-inspired aesthetic. Vaulted ceilings soar overhead, finished in natural lauhala and accented with bamboo beams, while walls are wrapped in luxurious velvet-textured Italian plaster. Flooring transitions seamlessly between travertine, edge-grained bamboo, and plush carpet, creating warmth & elegance throughout. Indoor and outdoor living blend effortlessly as Fleetwood stacking doors open to an ocean-view lanai. Whether relaxing with morning coffee or watching the sun set, this setting is pure Wailea. For warmer afternoons, a new dual split-system air conditioning provides comfort throughout the living space, which also features a custom built-in sofa with mahogany-trimmed end tables, a flat-screen TV, Bluetooth stereo, and in-wall speakers. Expansive custom windows capture ocean & mountain views while filling the condo with natural light. The chef’s kitchen is both artistic and highly functional, featuring hand-cast colored concrete countertops, custom book-matched mango and mahogany cabinetry with oil-rubbed bronze hardware, and mango wood-paneled stainless appliances. A Franke sink with Seagull water purification system complements under-counter refrigeration, including Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer drawers with ice maker and a Perlick commercial-grade stainless beverage center. The kitchen bar is topped with exotic tropical mango wood and illuminated by colorful halogen pendant lighting — perfect for entertaining or casual island dining. The primary bedroom mirrors the home’s architectural beauty, with vaulted lauhala and bamboo ceilings and peaceful east-facing Haleakala views filtered through handcrafted mahogany shutters. The spa-inspired ensuite bath features dual hand-cast glass vessel sinks, a custom textured glass shower enclosure, and elegant built-in storage. Recessed halogen art lighting and a side-by-side washer and dryer complete this thoughtfully designed interior. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy luxury Wailea living at a fraction of the cost, with ownership in one of Ekahi’s most distinctive and desirable residences — ideal for personal use, rental income, or both.
